Wow, the new jobs really got me tied up, eh? Damn the traffic.

I saw Ironman… what a bunch of jerks … who made this movie… as neat as it may be… theyv’ve hated on the chinese… on russians… on vietnamese… on germans and now its us urdu/arabic/afghani speaking ones who are the villains out their to destry the world eh… so shamless they be they changed the actual country in the comin to afghanistan…

the first 15 minutes i was wondering if i was in the right movie… seemed liek a darned war movie to me… not the light entertainment i was expecting… but then… not that i know iron mans history… blah hehe

speed racer was… different… got to see the premier! it was entertaining… at leats… didn’t leave me all frustrated and depressed like a WAR movie does…

of course it left me wishing i coudl bump cars in traffic just like speed racer caaaannnn

im sooooooooo hungry but i just cant figure what i want to eat… and it is just THAT which i wanna eat… im making my sister suggest eatables to help me figure what it is… she got annoyed any left.. then again all she could mention was pizza.. burger… pasta… lol… staple food of ours haha

Bush comes to Dubai. Sheikh Mo delcares public and private sector holiday. The reason being Sheikh Mo wanted to show bus booy around. Closing all the roads means half the UAE cant go to work. Economy suffers an estimated AED432million+ loss. Thanks a lot Bush.

It rains overnight. entire cities get jammed in the morning. No drainage system means water has come up foot paths. People remove their shoes and socks. Roll up their trousers upto their knees and then cross the street. Yes this is Dubai we’re talking about. Not Bangladesh. Hehe. I guess they dont see any point in investing in a drainage system coz… it hardly rains here! But when it does… in some places cars get “drowned” and ppl cant even get into their cars. :|

I got down my house, took the car out of parking, and that was i. Got stuck their for an hour. Moved prolly less than a foot in an hour. Turned around and parked the car and went back home. Work from home.

There, I’ve added my two cents too to the Bhuttomania that seems to have taken over ppl. Makes me wince…. all those bloggers out there giving their expert analysis on things. They accuse others of being corrupted by power, but its funny how a little fame/respect (power) has corrupted the same bloggers into becoming experts on anything and everything. Do they even realize it? Irony.

Now…

I’ve seen it on tv, heard it from people… blabla… come marriage time in a house and it goes crazy in the house… tempers running high… frustration… arguments… etc etc…. and its all darned true! as if arranging the sisters engagement wasn’t nightmarish enough! humans be funny things. u can try as u may to keep it all simple… but marriage arrangements will keep in getting complicated!

my bro got my my sis two turtles on her bday. she obviously does not want to maintain them. soooo i gotta do all the cleaning their shit stuff. hmmm. turtles are evul. they hate their own kind. haha. well i looked after them for a few days and then started my new job… which i am loving by the way… my office is like a frigging mall… i could LIVE in it…. and of course i love my job and the ppl there and bla bla… so yeah… i dont have the time to be baby sitting turtles no more. given tht job to the bro who got it… since they are al on vacations from uni.

animals aren’t meant to live in human houses. coz those are meant for humans. and seriously, why dont humans go live in animal houses then?

The 1st Muharram holiday got clubbed with the weekend by the govt so that we get a 3 day weekend. which is pretty awesome if u have something planned. which i do too. and that is to sleep it thru. damn tired after the first week of work. had gotten out of the routine of waking up at 5 and coming back home at 8.

It drizzled a bit for two days for a few minutes and its become freezing cold since. But today is Friday. And keeping with the trend of Friday as i have always known it to be… its relatively WARMER. Even hot. Fridays leave me wondering.

I just wanna fly by sugar ray playing…

I got so sick of watching private Pakistani channels and the constant negativity since emergency has been declared in Pakistan that I have actually switched to watching PTV. Calm presenters not jumping off their seats. Talk shows with people from the banking and technology sector talking about developments and places for improvements in their sectors in Pakistan. There has always been a sense of calmness to PTV, one which i have always disliked. I realize now that its mostly the lack of background music. The horrible added noise that is present on other channels. The sort that leaves this buzzing sensation in your head. Annoying.

I’d have never thought private Pakistani channels will force me to switch to PTV.
